Prior to 2015 San Juan County was part of the Southeast Local Health District. In 2015 the San Juan County Local Health District was formed. Data reported are for all years using the current boundaries.

As of November 22, 2017, the IBIS system has been updated to use an algorithm which uses both ZIP and county information to designate Local Health District (LHD) and Utah Small Area. Queries by LHD or Small Area may yield different numbers than in prior months. For more information go to []
