Welcome to the Utah EPHT Data Portal. On this page you can quickly access all of the data offered on this website. You can access the following:
Public Datasets
The public EPHT dataset portal provides "EPHT Topics" (contextual information), "Indicator Reports" (contextual information along with charts and data values), and "Queryable Datasets" (user defined data criteria with limited textual information). These public datasets contain non-sensitive, deidentified data values.
Secure Datasets
Some EPHT datasets can be queried in such a way that sensitive, small population data results are possible. Users wishing to access these datasets must apply for a recieve authorization before access is granted. See the Introduction to Secure Datasets page for more information about secure datasets.
You can also set up a MyEPHT account, which allows you to save preferences and custom query definitions for future reference.
