Introduction to Partner Data
Utah's Tracking Network contains private, secure IBIS-PH based datasets that approved users may access. These secure data are available at a finer level of detail than legally allowed to the public because of data confidentiality laws. This data is usually appropriate for those working in public and environmental health, as well as academic researchers. In order to make secured data discoverable so that interested parties can determine if they want access, metadata was created. The intent of the metadata is to provide background information like available geographies, numerator, denominator, data sources so a user can better understand what that secure dataset includes. To access the secure partner data, users must first fill out the proper application forms and receive approval through the Tracking Network's Scientific Review Board. The primary audiences that can access the secure datasets are academic researchers and environmental or public health professionals. After approval, users will receive a log-in that will allow access to the secure EPHT datasets for which you received approval.Step 1:
