In 2023, 28.5% of Utah adults with arthritis reported being in fair or poor health, and 36.6% reported experiencing 7 or more days in the last month when their physical health was not good (age-adjusted rates). The relationship between arthritis and mental health is of great importance as 38.2% of adults with arthritis reported 7 or more days of poor mental health in the past month. This is significantly higher than the 20.9% of adults without arthritis that reported 7 or more days or poor mental health in the past month (age-adjusted rates).Related Health Status Outcomes Indicators:
