Poverty Percent Query Module Configuration Selection

Overview

There are strong links between poverty and health. Knowing the percent of people in poverty can assist in identifying at risk and vulnerable populations. Percent of people in poverty is an example of a group-level variable, which can influence overall health. Community-level variables (such as percent of people in poverty) can impact a person's health, even independent of other individual-level factors that are associated with health status, such as personal or household income.
