Available Services for Blood Pressure: Doctor-diagnosed Hypertension

The Utah Department of Health and Human Services Healthy Environments Active Living (HEAL) Program works with health care organizations and other partners to improve the accuracy of blood pressure measurement and to improve medication adherence for people with high blood pressure.
