The disease incidence data in this IBIS-Q query module have been derived from reports of notifiable diseases received by the Utah Department of Health and Human Services. This query module allows users to query disease incidence over specified time periods and for selected subpopulations as desired. Additionally, charts and maps can be generated based on selections.
